Prime questions, answered
Does Prime Customer cover all shipping?+
For eligible orders, Vicsmall covers the quoted shipping charge while your paid Prime Customer membership is verified and active. Standard, express and international options are included where available. Customs duties and independently assessed taxes are not included. The final order quote determines eligibility.
Can I subscribe on my phone?+
Yes. Use your usual mobile browser or a desktop browser. Checkout inside the installed app's embedded WebView may be restricted while app-store billing requirements are reviewed.
When will the benefits start?+
After Vicsmall verifies the successful Paystack payment on its server. Returning from Paystack alone does not activate membership. If a payment is pending, use Check payment status rather than paying again.
How do I manage my membership?+
Sign in and open My Account → Vicsmall Prime to see your plan, renewal status and payment history. Turning off automatic renewal preserves your paid access until its scheduled end date.
