Prime Seller does not grant free shipping to customers. Customer phone and email sharing requires the customer's separate consent. Your payment and subscription are processed and confirmed securely through Paystack.

Prime questions, answered
Does a Prime Seller automatically see phone numbers and emails?+
No. You must have an active verified Prime Seller membership, the customer must have independently consented to contact sharing, and the order must involve your store.
Do I need Prime to view a customer delivery address?+
No. Delivery addresses for your own orders are available to both free and Prime Sellers. Vicsmall manages the actual delivery.
Does Seller Prime make shipping free for my customers?+
No. Free quoted shipping is a separate Prime Customer benefit. Prime Seller membership does not automatically grant customers free delivery.
How do I pay and keep my benefits?+
Choose a listed Prime Seller plan, complete Paystack checkout, and verify the payment. Benefits remain available while the paid membership is active. You can manage renewal in your Seller Hub.
