Vendors that use the VICSMALL service to advertise or sell their products to customers must agree and to the following terms of service below.

        • Vendors have a timeline of 1-4 days to deliver products to our various warehouses after an order has been placed by a customer. Vendors are to process, package and send the item(s) to the warehouse required of them to send to before the delivery period is exhausted. Failure to meet to this demand will attract an extra 5% charge from the product ordered by the customer. excluding the default percentage charge for products.
        • Vendors that have products that take longer time to arrive or pre-paid products must specify how long their items take to arrive to them before their products can be added to the site. Once their products arrive to them, they have a timeline of 1-3days to deliver the products to our warehouse.
        • Vendors must update any of the VICSMALL admin of any change in price of their product(s) or if any of their product(s) has been sold through any other means so we can update the information of the product on our website. If we don’t get any update on change of price of your product(s), and a buyer pays for any of your product(s), we will refund the buyer. This will be pardoned after failure to inform us for the first 2 times, failure to inform us the third time will leave us no choice than to terminate the agreement and remove your products from our website. The last update of the price of the product(s) is what will be used.
        •  Vendors are to add the shipping/waybill price of their products to the price of their products. Shipping/waybill prices of products sold by vendors are not to be excluded from the price of the product(s)
        • Vendors will be paid their money only when the VICSMALL team has confirmed that the product(s) ordered by a customer has successfully arrived at our warehouse.
        • If a customer orders for a refund due to an item being damaged, or not the exact thing ordered the item will be delivered back to the vendor and the vendor must refund the money if truly the item was defective. VICSMALL will always ensure the item is in good condition before delivering to the buyer so the buyer won’t make false claims.
        • Vendors must always ensure that the item they they deliver is the exact item the customer ordered.   
        • Displaying Vendors products on our website and advertising products through our various social media platforms attracts a monthly fee of  ₦5,000. This charge will be required of vendors after the first 2months of working with us. If you feel satisfied with our results, and you want to continue with us, you must subscribe to this monthly plan as their continued use of or access to VICSMALL vendor services is strictly dependent on the monthly plan. Vendors can choose to unsubscribe at will if they feel they are unsatisfied with the services rendered to them.

              You can review the most current version of the VICSMALL vendor Terms of Service at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. We will always notify you a week before changing any part of these Terms of Service. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
