Our delivery days are Mondays to Fridays. Delivery times differ for different products. Products of VICSMALL are shipped from overseas which usually takes 10-12 working days while for products from other vendors, delivery time is 2-7 working days. We advise customers who purchase products from VICSMALL to be patient, their product delivery is guaranteed.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well instructions on what to do if need be. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
