Late Registration Ends In

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED!

Vendors that sell at the VICSMALL-IUO Trade Fair must agree to the following terms of service:

Vendor Registration: To participate, vendors must register with VICSMALL. Only registered vendors will be authorized to sell or promote their products and secure a stand at the event.

Tags/Identification Badges: Registered vendors will receive identification badges/tags before the event. These badges are essential for identification and will help the VICSMALL team identify registered vendors. Vendors must wear their tags/badges at all times during the trade fair event.

Promotional Material/Product Packaging: All vendor promotional materials must clearly identify VICSMALL ENTERPRISE as the trade fair’s sponsor.

Returns & Refunds: In the event of a refund requested from a buyer due to damaged or incorrect items, the item will be returned to the vendor, who must issue a refund if the item is indeed defective. VICSMALL ensures items are in good condition before delivery to prevent false claims. Vendors must always ensure they deliver the exact item ordered by the customer.

Sharing of stand: The fee for booking a SHARED VENDOR stand is ₦9,500 per vendor. A limit of four vendors are required per shared stand, resulting in a total fee of ₦38,000 for a SHARED STAND. Vendors may choose their booth partners; however, VICSMALL will assign partners if vendors are unable to find them.
The fee for an INDIVIDUAL VENDOR to book a SINGLE STAND is ₦14,000. 

Late Registration: To maximize space utilization, which will maximize sales opportunities for vendors and enable buyers to reach out to vendors, we have limited the number of slots for the trade fair to 120 slots. Any registration after the 80th slot has been filled will be considered late registration. The late registration slot will be a total of 40 slots. Late registration fees will be incurred for vendors who;

1. Are past the deadline for registering or
2. Are past the 80th slot allocation.

Late registration fees will be ₦11,500 PER SHARED VENDOR (a total of ₦46,000 for 4 vendors) and ₦16,000 FOR SINGLE VENDORS.
